Marion Candino, CPT
Personal Trainer

Marion is a health enthusiast with over 20 years of experience in the health industry and works with ages teen through adult to achieve their fitness goals. She works closely with the physical therapy staff to ensure a focus on form with movement to reduce patterns of compensation and to optimize gains in function/fitness.  In addition to being a personal trainer, Marion is also a wellness instructor in The Wellness Studio at ProMotion where she teaches a variety of fitness classes, such as kickboxing and interval training.


Initial Physical Assessment:
One-on-one physical assessment includes developing an individualized exercise plan based on your needs and goals. This time is spent discussing your lifestyle and physical activity level, as well as exploring goals best suited for you in your current situation and stage of life. The first visit will include establishing a baseline level of fitness in the areas of flexibility, strength, endurance, cardiovascular system function.
Training Sessions:
Training sessions are designed for you based on your particular needs. Sessions last approximately an hour, and will challenge and motivate you to help keep you on track to meet your goals.
