Kelly Liddell

Kelly grew up dancing and was exposed to Yoga by her Mom at a very young age.  Kelly attended her first Yoga class in 1997 and became interested.   In 2003, Kelly began a consistent Pilates and Yoga practice after having two young babies and a husband who traveled.  She realized how much she needed the peace/calmness often associated with practicing Yoga and felt the benefits of it immediately.  Kelly is a huge believer in taking what you do on your mat (which is working things out) off of your mat and into all areas of your life.  Kelly has a BS degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Oklahoma.  Her Yoga teacher training/certification is through YogaFit.

In Kelly's words, "I love helping people connect with their true, raw, and beautiful selves.  Hearing students say 'You've helped me with this....’ is so incredible!  It’s such a blessing to be able to help people feel better whether mentally, physically, emotionally or all of the above!"  She is also known to keep a light and easy environment in her classes, reminding her students to laugh and enjoy the experience.Kelly was born and raised in Oklahoma and moved to Georgia in 2007 with her husband, Jimmy, of 20 years and their two sweet children - now 16 and 14 -Jackson and Abby.  What are her hobbies and interests outside the studio?  Kelly loves spending time with family and friends, her dog Willie, cooking, reading, attempting to garden and studying health and fitness related topics.  Kelly has a very active family – her husband is active in Crossfit, son is a distance runner, and daughter is a dancer….so Kelly also enjoys laundry.
