While searching for a way to lose baby weight for her wedding day, Kia was drawn to the physical and mental aspects of Yoga while Pilates reminded her of dance from her childhood. As her practice grew, she began to notice a heightened awareness in her mind, body, and spirit. This led her to teaching classes to family and friends.
After obtaining her BS in Human Services from Mercer University, her health was compromised which led to a Certification in Holistic and Sport Nutrition.
Kia welcomes a diverse clientele with a special interest in helping people improve their quality of life through holistic nutrition, physical activity, and spiritual connection.
