Stephanie Gilbert
Stephanie has lived her whole life in Snellville, GA, where we all know, that everyone is someone.  Her childhood was spent in the ballet studio, right up through senior year of high school.  She danced in the Gwinnett Ballet Company and graduated from Brookwood High School.  After high school her priorities changed and dance took a back seat.  She later attended North Georgia College and graduated with a BBA Finance Degree.

After college she married a wonderful man and they have three amazing boys.  She and her family are very active members at Grace-New Hope and currently live in Loganville. Over the last ten years she has struggled greatly with a major depressive disorder and crippling anxiety.  All this brought her back to her love of movement and dance - the most under-reported anti-depressant. In her quest to feel good she uncovered studies that show dance-fitness specifically reduces risk of neurologic degeneration.

Over the last few years she has received her licenses/certifications for Zumba, Barre, and Stretching Mobility.  She is currently working on her AFAA certification and is excited to know and learn more.  She hopes that everyone who comes to one of her class leaves feeling energized, and worked out, but most importantly, she hopes they leave knowing that they are cared for and valued.
